Jose Mourinho tonight

I hate him in a 'Brendan-Lucas' fashion, I really do.

Why aren't poeple looking at his record of tenures at clubs? How long was he at Porto, Chelsea, Inter, etc before getting fed-up and leaving?

It'd be the same with us; bored after 2 years and walks out, leaving behind a club that the rest of the World fucking hates with a passion.

We'd be selling our absolute soul letting that pompous cunt manage us.

He is an arrogant fucker too though. Never liked him myself or his ego. Most people couldn't stand him yet are warming to him because there's a vaguely outside chance he may manage Liverpool and we're desperate. It was funny though
how quickly the 'shhhhhhh' has been forgotten
Im sure the scum fans will forgive the celebratory run down the line in the CL when porto knocked them out if he wants fergusons job when he retires! Its not what he did to us in the past im worried about, its what he can win for us in the future.....yada yada you get the picture 😉

I thought it was very funny myself.

So many Liverpool fans just blatantly hate him without any reasoning other than he managed Chelsea.
Winner winner chicken dinner!

The man is hilarious at times and whether you hate the man or not nobody can argue with his league record.

He should be no1 on every fans list. What a difference he would make here.

Tell ya what Ryan, if he wants to come and win us a couple of league titles and maybe a cup like he did at Porto Chelsea and Inter and Fuck off after I'd take that with both hands.

Plus your point is bollix in any case.

He left Porto because in European terms they were not a big team and got offered a chance to manage in the league he said he always wanted (England).

He won back to back titles with Chelsea before being basically sacked by his manager (how is this walking away?).

So really the only club he is walking away from is Inter (and he hasn't even done that yet,).

You talk about the Liverpool way being dead and gone and that football has moved on and it has so if Jose was to come in and win us the league you would be only fan disappointed.

Go on admit above all else you'd just hate to have to do your post match chalk board on a man you hate. And lets be honest they are alot of similarities between his and your arrogance. Know thyself Ryan Know thyself!

It's bullshit.

I've absolutely nothing against Ancelotti, Grant, Hiddink, Vialli or plenty of others. I hate Mourinho for the same reason I hated Glenn Hoddle when he was Chelsea Manager - because he's a fucking arsehole.

Great work Columbo.

I hated him more than anyone in football second to only Didier Dogbarf when he was at Chelsea, but I'd be pretty fucking happy if he became Liverpool manager. Who gives a fuck if he was associated with that twattish sideshow of a club, he would give us a solid chance of winning the league, and I'm sure every Manc would dread having him at our club. I know ferguson would not like it one bit.

i don't care about the shushing, but i still don't like the guy.

but then again, watching porto knock utd out of europe and him galloping down the touchline is one of the best things i've ever seen anywhere, an absolutely golden moment.

btw, i've wondered for a while whether he might just go back to chelsea rather than us or city. it was mooted on sunday supplement recently as well...is it really that inconceivable? i'm sure if abramovich made up with him and offered the job, he'd take it: it'd be in both their interests.
Yeah, I wonder about that too. He's obviously still got a big emotional attachment to Chelsea.

I think you're going a bit over the top with that one Ryan.

No one hates Porto or Inter in any way like Chelsea, and that mainly because neither tema are filled with as many cunts.

I'd love Mourinho here. I really would.
yes he has a touch of arrogance
A touch of arrogance? I have to say, I'm inclined now to gamble and take Maureen if he would come, and I agree with you V in that the shush gesture was nothing, but come on, he is completely self obsessed.

In fact, the strange hankering for the Chavs that people detect, it seems to me, is because Roman jilted Maureen. Maureen usually does the jilting, and the entire episode has left him like Spaz, partly despising, and partly obsessed by his former lover.

All that being said, I love that he changes things quickly when he sees that a game isn't going to plan, and for me, that is what makes him so very good, as well as being an excellent tactician. Probably my biggest problem with Rafa is not all this overstated man manager claptrap (MON has had more players come out and diss him than Rafa), but the ability to dynamically intervene when a game is sliding away. Rafa waits to 62-7 minutes every game (bar Istanbul); Rafa is an excellent tactician, but not so good at thinking on his feet.

Thats not right IMO. In my case I hated him whilst he managed Chelsea because

a) he is a cunt
b) his head is far too far up his own arse
c) he was disrespectful to Liverpool supporters
d) I hate egotistical cunts and he his picture is in the dictionary under 'Egotistical cunts'
e) he will use any methods to win ergo no moral fibre

f) he is a massive cunt
Nope can't deny that
I don't like the bloke but if he were to come and win the league, then I think I'd find a way to live with it!

So would I, it's not like we have a choice and tbf he is a very good manager. I would cringe though with his comments and consider our current situation if he was to take over in similar circumstances I doubt he could win and that fuck his head up and I can see him losing the fucking plot.

Perhaps i should of said LFC as i was also thinking of his continual and repeated denial of our goal/victory in the CL.

No mate. In 06/07 United won the title. Jose was sacked a few games into the 07/08 season.
Correct.
Oh FFS the Shush gesture? Are people still bleating about that? He had been getting the arse ripped out of him all match by the Liverpool fans and then they get a late equaliser , if we can't take it we should'nt give it out.

I think he would be a breath of fresh air, he has a sense of humour, the press are putty in his hands, he really knows how to use them, and he gets the best out of players, he would attract players, yes he has a touch of arrogance, that's what makes him a winner.

I thought he was dead funny at the press conference the other week before the Chelsea game, when he was munching on a custard cream while he was being interpreted.

The word antithesis springs to mind for some reason.

He might be up for the challenge, he certainly admires us as a club, we might have a windfall for some players, we would be very lucky, all in all it's an outside chance, but one that we should try and snatch at all costs

I believe that 'quacking on about it' is the current terminolgy in use, Grandad, Vlad.

Fo Shizzle my dizzle, what a bizzo meet me up the gizzo when you get a clizzo, and yo bro wuz the problemo?

^^^LOL^^^

He is a funny twat as well as being a very good manager.

As it stands now i don't like him much, but if he signed up with us then i think i could learn to love him.

Yes he's arrogant BUT the thing is he backs up the arrogance with results.

I was very impressed with his interview 2 weeks ago before they played at Stampford Bridge, he knew Inter were up against it and Chelsea were heavy favourites to progress and yet he said "I have watched the DVD of the 1st leg 7 times and I know exactly what we did right and what we did wrong, I have never prepared as well for any game as I have for this one".

The reason that is so impressive is that, had Chelsea stuffed them 3-0 he was leaving himself open to all sorts of abuse regarding his managerial talent because of his claim about how well he's prepared. Also that game was won by tactics pure and simple, Mourinho set his team up perfectly, they nullified the Chavs superbly and all they played a wonderful counter-attacking game.

I don't mind some lads having an ego if they have the talent to back it up.

Rafa has had a few of them himself, although not lately except him "guarentee of 4th".

Rafa will invalidate his own guarantee this weekend by picking Lucas, that unfortunately is a Pesam guarantee.
