When I was a kid we had Paisley, who was clearly a genius, but there was so little focus on him I didn't really get what he did at the time. Six league titles and three European cups in nine seasons. Probably the best manager of all time, but under the radar in every popular debate on the subject. I'm rambling but I think it's a very different job now. The focus and pressure is all the managers in a way it wasn't then. I think Klopp has shown himself to be the best manager in world football, doing what he's done with that budget, but I think rebuilding this team over the next couple of years, getting them winning things in the face of all this competition with deep pockets, is probably the most difficult challenge he's faced. We'll see how he gets on. Just hope he isn't getting pissed off with the owners and still has the enthusiasm for the fight.
