As England manager, you don't have to develop a single young player and all you have to do is play the players in form.....and he's been lucky Shrek has been injured as the silly cunt would drop Vardy / Kane in order to fit him into the team.

In the same way Bobby Robson's record is now greatly exaggerated. He won two trophies in English football and got lucky in getting England to the last four of a very mediocre World Cup. I think it helps having all these kids playing under managers like Pochettino from a young age and learning that working hard for the team is what it's all about.

We had so much talent in the Gerrard, Ferdinand, Cole years but that group could never learn to play together as a team... and particularly not with guys like Sven and Capello who had their own very particular style that was never going to be adapted to England.

Still think we'll get bombed out early though.
