Hate to say it but utd win suits us.

***puts fingers down own throat ****

No it doesn't.

We're not going to win the league, but we could challenge for top 4.

An Arsenal win would put United further away from competing for top 4. We should want Arsenal to win.

I honestly don;t understand why people think we are out of the title race. It's wide open, and we have a decent chance. Some midfield reinforcements in January would help of course. We're not favorites, but we're not out
We were never in.

Unless it's extreme circumstances, for example us needing United to win to gain something major ourselves then I can't possibly want anything other than a defeat for them filthy Manc cunts.

With that in mind, I hope Arsenal smash them!!

Multiple non life threating injuries to key players from both sides, red cards for the rest, and it finishes 1 - 1.

Oh yeah, and I hope Ashley Young breaks his leg after kicking himself in an attempt to win a penalty. The stretcher breaks as he is carried off the pitch and he gets a bad bump on the head.

Arsenal's equaliser comes in the fifteenth minute of injury time, clocked up as a result of Young's self inflicted injury.

Meanwhile ferguson is taken to hospital suffering from concussion, as a result of the roof over the director's box collapsing, due to the weight of unsold copies of his autobiography.

On a visit to see ferguson in hospital, Pat Crerard forgets to sanitise his hands, and ends up giving both himself and ferguson a bad dose of the skitters.

Have you been watching a lame version of Final Destination?

Love it, with the possible exception of the last bit. Those poor nurses will have enough to deal with as it is.

I'm hoping for a really awful scoreless draw with fights and red cards and masses of criticism for both sides.

This... but by the same token I would enjoy it enormously if Arsenal were to give United a kicking in vengeance. I'm not that worried about Arsenal, I genuinely didn't see much between us last weekend.

All I really care about is 3 points for us... anything else, red cards injuries bad blood etc... that's just a bonus.

Multiple serious non life threatening injuries for arsenal

Multiple serious injuries for scum

The work of an evil mind. I like it.

I'm still torn on this.

A draw would probably be the best outcome for us after this weekend's results. We can close the then 3 pts gap to Arsenal when they come to Anfleld and United will remain 5 points behind us.

We're second in the league, and we're not in the title race? Does that mean Arsenal have won the league by default then? Christ, people are so pessimistic, I can understand usually at this time of year when we're 10-15points off the top, writing us off, but Christ we're second and have the best strike force in the league and everyone else around us is faltering, we're most definitely in the title race. Sure we're huge outsiders to win, but that doesn't mean we aren't it in.

I hope Arsenal win, realistically we are not in the title race so if its a choice between Arsenal Chelsea or City then its Arsenal for me. The bonus would be Utd 11 points behind and effectively out of the title rice by mid November, they glory hunting pricks will tear each other apart and it will start to spiral rapidly downwards for Moyes. 0 - 2 Arsenal

I'll give up on the title when it's infeasible for us to win. At the moment, I reckon we're in it. So a bitsy draw or a scrappy win for the skanks.

When it's difficult to decide what's the best result for us, it probably means that we should be most happy with a draw. In any case, whatever the result we could find a positive in it.

But fuck all that, as i mentioned i want all hell to break lose players diving left right and center. Big man bug stuff with serious racial abuse thrown in. I'd like to see the F.A squirm about dealing with that stuff and get forced to dish all involved a 10 game ban.

Edit: I realize i said the last part earlier in the thread, but i probably was under the influence of alcohol then, but i'm perfectly sobre now and i still want that to happen.
