Gooners vs Mancs

Arsenal to win by a bucket load.

Really? I know that would cause major damage to the Mancs, and further turn the fans on Moyes & the manager, but it would give Arsenal even further belief that they can win the league. I don't want those cunts winning anything ever again.

Perhaps naively, I don't believe for a second that Arsenal will win the league. If I did, I may have a different opinion.

Regrettably I think they're in with a respectable chance. Not only are they playing good football, they'll also benefit from the current much-of-a-muchness in the Prem which helped such an ordinary ManUre side walk away with the title last season.

Back on thread duty, I'm with macca 100%. I want them kicking ten bells out of each other and fighting one another to a standstill, picking up player bans and hopefully even seeing the managers at each other's throats.

despite their fans acting like bellends over the whole suarez thing i've got a soft spot for arsenal, they're definitely the most likeable of the 'big teams' so I'd probably like them to win the league most after us, they play great football too, it makes a change from united winning the league with a lot of scrappy wins

Non life threatening but serious Injuries for both teams key players and a 0-0.

Obviously, a United win would be a better result for us, in terms of league progression.

However, I still hope Arsenal rip their bollocks off. I can't bring myself to encourage a United win.

If they could both somehow field an ineligible player and get points deducted that would be great.

A gooner win for me as well. They'll bottle it come the title run in so it's all good.

They've got no back-up for Giroud whatsoever (Bendtner). He's also playing really well.

It is truly remarkable that Arsenal are in this position after the Villa defeat.

They were supposed to be in crisis.

Amazing turn around.

The mentality of that squad must be incredibly fragile, because Ozil, great player though he is, can't improve the players around him THAT much, and they looked woeful before he came, so I hold out hope that another setback will turn them all back into the bunch of mewling, moaning, self-pitying wimps that they used to be.

Problem is mate it don't look like coming.

They are surprising everyone. If they beat the mancs Sunday wow.

But it never does look like it's coming, and then it does. They're either as cocky as hell or shivering with self-doubt, and it seems to just happen in an instant.

I hope Arsenal win, realistically we are not in the title race so if its a choice between Arsenal Chelsea or City then its Arsenal for me. The bonus would be Utd 11 points behind and effectively out of the title rice by mid November, they glory hunting pricks will tear each other apart and it will start to spiral rapidly downwards for Moyes. 0 - 2 Arsenal

The league table says we *are* in the title race, even if we're not favourites to win it. The choice between the teams you list is a matter of individual taste but I for one would sooner see Citeh win it than either Lahndan lot.

I honestly don;t understand why people think we are out of the title race. It's wide open, and we have a decent chance. Some midfield reinforcements in January would help of course. We're not favorites, but we're not out
