What is Arda Turan going to do for five or six month now at Barcelona? Has he officially signed for them? Surely he isn't going to just hang around the training pitch and not play a competitive game?

Is he allowed move to a club on loan?

I assumed part of the appeal for Atletico is that he can play with them for another 6 months via a loan back. Not sure if that's actually the case though, but it would make sense.

Atletico are a direct rival to Barca. No way are Barca going to pay €40m for him and allow him help Atletico in the mean time. Surely not?

A loan to club outside Spain might suit them.

I'm sure they will arrange games behind closed doors for him like they did for Suarez.

I suppose it does tie in with Turan saying he wanted a break from the physical demands of training with Diego Simeone. He can relax now a bit I suppose and collect a few medals next May.
