Fair enough Modo. I could reply in more detail, but I'll simply say thank you for your closing words above, and let's leave it at that.
 
I've seen a fair but of Giovinco this season, albeit mostly in highlights, but also a fair bit of TFC matches as well and he has looked a class above the rest of the league. Every time he gets on the ball you feel something is about to happen, much the way I felt with Suarez in 2013-14.

That said, it is hard to say how that would translate in a tougher league as, despite its' improvements, MLS is still a fair step off any of the top leagues. He is also very settled in Toronto, which has a very large Italian population and he has been recalled to the national team.

I don't see him going back to Europe unless it was to a real top opportunity. And although he is class, I would hesitate to sign him due to worries about his slight frame and us being stocked in the position already.
