Not Colombia imho. They're a pretty decent team with some fantastic attacking talent.
Cuadrado, Rodriguez, Quintero, Martinez etc.

I'm also not sure how the Asian teams will perform in a South American based tournament. If the Confeds last year is anything to go by they'll struggle.
Ivory Coast and Japan will fight it out for 2nd spot in the group me thinks.

I agree with a lot of that, but Colombia and Chile are still fairly under the radar. They are decent teams but are 33/1 and 40/1 respectively to win the competition outright.
