Yeah.
Milner has not played a minute has he?
He has every attribute to be a monster in midfield though, & his image means England have to play him, so it's kinda inevitable.
He may actually become a great midfielder if he can keep learning in the position, he's not an advanced midfielder imo though.

Sturridge just gave three players yards of space with one move. He looks easily the best forward player in this side.
I don't think he'll make a good midfielder now, he's no Pirlo and I don't think he covers enough ground anymore. Maybe in his younger days.

It seems to be consistent with England. I think it's under instruction. Tbf he's much better at playing passes & through balls than the other forwards, but then he's much better at scoring when he's further up too!
I think there might be some booing at halftime if it stays like this. Just maybe.
They've been playing together since the under 12s apparently, means they're a helluva unit compared to the England side.
Well, you could still very much win it but not without a good fight.
Paul Merson predicted we'd win 3-0 "cos their national population is smaller than London". As such that confirmed my suspicion that this would be a tough game.
