So stay out of the matchday threads? That's where people want to believe - there's some great threads where negativity is abound.
Do you really want us all to be "Oh we've lost it, and Barca will beat us - can't wait for next season?"
Kinda ridiculous ...

Okay. Last post in here.

I don't necessarily think Barca will beat us. I think we could bum them.

Utd got to 53, Burnley to 62.

Can Leicester get over the line or even dare to score.

For all the talk of Cities weak defence they have just had 3 very impressive clean sheets.

Do you actually watch the games? I mean, they had chances today but were hardly 'insanely good' ...

I do. And they are. That’s 12 wins in a row and they dominated every game.

To have that level of consistency is insanely good.

There are about to back a 100 point double season with a 98 point domestic treble season.

They are insanely good. They were incessant second half til they got their goal.

Yep.

Woods fucked up the best chance.

Ah well. Beat Newcastle and we take it the last day. That’s still an incredible effort against what will go down as the best league side ever unless something crazy happens.

QPR nearly caused a shock a few years back so you never know.

City just look so fucking good it’s insane.

I’m just delighted Spurs knocked them out

Woods doesn't even look like a footballer.

City were incredibly average in the first half. They didn't look like scoring and Guardiola was moaning about everything.

They were better in the second half but still not at their best.

Leicester have something to play for.. win their next game, they beat Chelsea at home and we beat Wolves on the final day They have qualified for the Europa League..

Leicester have already beaten city this season ..

They are in form, so is vardy.. Anything is possible

I think Hal actually enjoys our hopes slipping through our fingers - it gives him the opportunity to be smug and laugh at those of us who hope.

I'm still hoping and I'm still alive. I dare say I will die one day, but I doubt it will be from case of terminal hope.

Of course I don't enjoy it. Don't be so retarded. I want us to win the league. Why would I enjoy not winning it?

Hope keeps you going and interested.

You'll end up like Reek without hope.

Ok so you've not really watched them.
Minus two De Gea errors, and they struggle to beat Manure.
One goal today that barely crosses the line and 4 CBs at the end and hoofing (not very Pep like).

They're always going to have a good defense once Pep's system is set up ... dominate possession with the most expensive players in the world (because he would never take a project like Klopp did, or say a Milan) and tire teams out ... they've not looked as good as you're making it out to do (and neither have we in many of our games during this winning streak - just insanely professional).

but yes, they're phenomenal and I'm tired ... It's almost making me miss the similar posts you used to lavish on Man U.

For him to say that implies he really does not watch the games. They were pretty shit lethargic in the first half. I am telling you all, I refuse to believe we wont win the title. I think the next game they have will screw them. I have seen too much weird shit this season on the scale of Dudek Save to suggest we will miss out. Some of you will understand that.

Now Hal, you said there would be no "I told you so's".

Yeah, sorry. Didn't really mean "I told you City would win the league", I just meant if you don't want your hopes ruined, don't build them up and complain when they are dashed. Small difference, but yeah, you're right.
