Rafa has one year where the net spend is zero and we're out of the CL, FA Cup and Carling Cup before Christmas and now in 7th in the league.(In his 6 years he's outspent everyone bar Chelsea and Man City.)

Since Rafa came to England, Wenger has dropped below him in the succes stakes, 6 semi finals, 4 finals 2 cups, compared to Wenger 4 semi finals 2 finals and one cup.
Wenger has also finished below Rafa in the League in THREE of the last FIVE years!
If Wenger doesn't want to spend and would rather balance the books than compete, then thats a fault surely?
