Don't know the credibility at all but it's from England I reckon:

http://www.sportsdirectnews.com/pre...-spurs-consider-laudrup-move.php#.UpMkfMQ2Zww

*At least it has an author connected to the piece. Could be fake mind you.

If I was Laudrup I would be looking to move before the rot sets in at Swansea. His spending, which was probably totally unprecedented for Swansea hasn't improved them.

It's not that long since Arsenal got humped similalrly by United (more than once ?), Wenger is still in place and Arsenal are probably better for it. I'm not sure Spurs have that much to gain at this point by dumping AVB, unless he's lost the dressing room.

They have looked poor so far this Season for most matches.

Bony certainly hasn't hit the ground running - what's the story there? Looks strong but lacks the goals.

Shelvey has seemingly been handed a rather important role in the team which is surprising. Good for him he won them all three in the weekend mind.

Michu's having the well-know difficult second Season and it does seem their first ever European journey has been taken it's toll too. Still think they could actually go a long way in Europe and that is probably their main aim for the Season too. And not get relegated which they obviously won't.

Laudrup mentioned in todays press at possible new Spurs manager.

They've got the scum and then us coming up too, so it's not getting any easier for them.
They were a one man band with monkey boy last season, and it was always going to be a nightmare to reconfigure team from doing that, to becoming a 'team' again. I don't think anyone would have thought that all of their new attacking players would flop, but it's happened.

We went through this with kenny, he spent 100mill on pretty much shite, and Rodgers has had to come in and put it right.

I would expect Spurs to go for a striker in January, and probably bin off Adabayor if they can. But they'll need some sort of target-man type striker, I think this is the reason why they aren't playing Defoe up there by himself, he works better in a 442.

I'm not convinced by AVB at all.

Seriously ? You and Athens need an extra 2-3 cups of coffee , then revist it !

Ok.. had a cup of tea, ready to solve this mystery of a joke.

Laudrup's dad is named Finn... and there are fins on the image... "In for the Kill"...

Finn probably know someone called Bill. Yes.

So... Kill Bill?

Is this about Uma Thurman?

Oh and I'm so glad we never got the fancy dan players their lot got but we were supposedly in for. Exotic players my arse. They needed someone in midfield to allow them to play but spunked most of the Bale money on the attacking talent.

Will they ever learn?

I think posters are being extremely premature in their criticism of Spurs' new players. You may be proved right but bar Lamela all of them have had decent starts and are sitting sub-top in a new league.

Eriksen and Paulinho has looked very good on occasion and they'd both improve our team massively. Soldado might actually prove to be worth his money once he settles. Capoue started promising but then got injured. Chadli's comparable to our Aspas in terms of prize and will prove a much clever signing and their new Romanian RB also looks pretty talented.

They are still very much within the top and they are yet to gel as a team. It could be a matter of time before they do so and then they could be title aspirants. They do lack a new LB or a new CB if that doesn't happen, but to write them off already seems well bold imo.

uh oh. Overthought it. Still love the way you slipped a pic of Uma in there !

Press smell blood.

What's that got to do with Spurs ? United are still shite, as they showed again last night 🙂
It just shows how quickly things can change in this league. Spurs may be struggling a little in the league of late, but they have some quality players and things could change for them very quickly. They're not too far behind us either. . .

The only Finn there is the Mickey that someone slipped in your tea.

Never believe anything from a Sports Direct link though. Especially if it involves Mike Ashley.

Eriksen has been bollocks since he's joined and has done neigh on nothing. My mate who's a spurs season ticket holder also said he can't see what the fuss was about him as he was 'shit'. He said the only one of the attacking players that has shown any glimpses of anything was Lamella in the euro disney cup.
