Check out these fucking chancers. They offered Fellaini the chance for a dream move to the Emirates. And then the cheap cunts offer him a contract worth 5 grand a week LESS than he's on with begging bowl Everton.

Arsenal have made Marouane Fellaini a contract offer as they set their sights on sealing a deal for the Everton midfielder, Goal can reveal.

FELLAINI'S 2012-13 SEASON

The Gunners, who have already activated the Belgian’s £22 million release clause, are believed to have proposed to his representatives a starting salary of £70,000-a-week.

This is less than Fellaini’s current £75,000-a-week wage at Goodison Park but Arsenal are expected to increase their informal offer during further discussions with the player’s camp.
It is understood that official talks will begin with Fellaini when he is given permission to do so by Everton, which is expected to be at some point this month.

The Gooners are a watered down diet version of Barca wannabees. A bunch of underachievers who only hang their hat on fancy football without silverware.

A despicable bunch that even Jesus snubbed Arsenal 😛

I still can't figure why anyone with ambition would join them.

Fair enough if you've come from another league and are going to get increased exposure and money.

But Arsenal? Really?

I'm still struggling to accept they've made an actual serious bid and even more bewildered why Suarez would give it a second thought if they actually have.

What am I missing?

Twitter is exploding with the rumour that he wants to go there.

I'd like our club to come out and say, unless they're willing to pay over and above the top price, we will not sell to a rival.

Yep. That would be about the best they could manage pr wise.

Unless Real produce a bid within the next week, I'd take the £42M and kick him out the door with a smile.

It's not significantly below his value. Suarez is a £50M player who misses a quarter of the season every year with his antics and damages the reputation of any club he belongs to. This reduces his fee to any buyer.

The point about strengthening a rival is fair one - but with £42-45M, and taking into account our recent signings, I think we can improve to a higher level than an Arsenal team with Suarez. It's also worth pointing out that hasn't got many clubs interested in him. If Real don't come in soon, we'll only have had one club interested all summer.

Now Sturridge is here, and Coutinho is blossoming into a world-class number 10, we're not as dependent on him any more, and the money can be put to better use than a want-a-way, stroppy, world-class striker.

Him signing for Real is preferable, but a move to Arsenal should not be dismissed out of hand.

Misses a quarter of every season? remind me how many bans he had at Groingen? Ajax? Uruguay? So he's had a terrible run with this shit at us - so now it's the 'norm' ... Nice.

"taking into account our recent signings" - have you seen the cheer about Alberto and Aspas? Maybe we can strike lucky as we did with Suarez, or maybe we can Carroll it? Just because we struck gold twice (it seems), doesn't mean we'll do it again (look at our signings last summer - not that impressive last year, eh?)

"Coutinho is blossoming into a world-class number 10" - yes, who's desperate for Suarez to stay. what does it say to him once we sell him?

Suarez was banned as a kid for headbutting a referee. He was banned for 7 games for Ajax for biting Otman Bakkal In 2008/2009 he was suspended for recieving 7 yellow cards and further suspended by the club after a half time fight with a team mate over a free kick. He was banned for 8 games for racism. Now he's banned for further 10 games for biting Ivanovic. There's a clear pattern there which shows no signs of changing, in fact if anything he's getting worse.

I am obviously referring to Coutinho and Sturridge when I mentioned our recent signings'

And we didn't 'strike it lucky' with Suarez - we made an excellent decision to sign a player who was being undervalued by our rivals.

And I don't give a toss what Coutinho thinks. The fact is we improved after Torres, and we can improve after Suarez. If you're going to suggest otherwise, you need to come up with a much better argument than this shite.

He also gave the crowd the finger right before the racism ban, and got a couple of additional matches for that.

We improved after Torres? We haven't been in the top 4 finishers since he left?

Did Cantona tarnish United reputation when he left the field of play and went in the stands and assault an oppo fan? Nowadays we just think ' oh ya Cantona ' no one thinks oh that Man United.

Well I guess we'll have to start winning shit.

Glad to know it's not a 'quarter of the season' then, and that his value shouldn't be undermined by the fact he's had a rough 4 year stretch with idiocy. Hopefully, the water in London or Madrid will calm him down a bit!

We did get lucky with Suarez - because that same week we signed Carroll. We also got lucky because Spurs weren't that interested, or he may have gone there. We're also not going to get a player of his quality (i.e. one of the best in the world - something Coutinho isn't now despite his phenomenal start, and sturridge never will be) no matter how much money we get. So all I'm saying is - yes, I have no probelm with wanting to bin the cunt but be a bit realistic - 'getting better' isn't a foregone conclusion.

I agree it shouldn't be dismissed out of hand but then 42M???

Its not significantly below his value?? ermmmm....

OK lets take 50M as a price ( its a bit low but hey it's not as if they are rivals eh..)

50M price
42M sale
difference 8M
8/50 x 100%= 16% discount.
Sell your best player with a 16% discount to a direct competitor(albeit based upon a relatively low price)

Good God man.....Since when did "Moron" become a martial art.

While BR insist that we're in control of the situation and slapped a 50M price tag on Suarez, what he's failed to do is stamp a time limit. Maybe he is holding out some hope that nobody meets the price.

Sell the lad for 50M or as close to it as possible and be done with it. Arsenal won't suddenly become worldbeaters. They have a weak mentality and have the trophies to match.
