A couple of years ago if you'd offered me Adrian over Mignolet I'd have laughed but he's been a pretty decent backup to Allison/ Becker. It must be hard to sit on the sidelines for weeks on end and then come in and be compared to the best goalkeeper on the planet. He's made mistakes but (unlike our previous goalies) he's wiped them off and got on with the job.

A deputy is never going to be as good as your number one but I like Adrian as our backup

It is just panic because of the last 2 losses mainly. I think everyone would be happy if all our regulars were just playing. Adrian will be fine.

We'll be fine, he's a good keeper. Couple of mistakes aren't the makings of a bad keeper, it's how you respond and he's pretty strong willed and confident, miles better than what we had before.
