Alexis Sanchez

Total 88 games 39 goals 25 assists

Decent numbers from Sanchez in the league for Barcelona.

Sure but if it leads to a better squad and especially a better bench then so be it.
I'm also a little worried that we're signing too many players, our squad was very tight knit last season, and that's why we did so well, I don't want to disrupt that. I suppose its stick or twist right now though.

We still have a settled team. One player fucking off won't change that.
My only worry is that he leaves a huge hole in the team. Sanchez or some other top class player must come in to fill it.

Not really. If we actually want to progress in the CL, FAC and LC and still maintain a PL Top 4 challenge (to say nothing of title tilt) then we need to strengthen with quality not quantity so that whoever comes in is not weakening the team.

Of course, I'm more worried about trying to get five or six new faces to adapt without upsetting the squad, I don't want to go the way of Spurs.

That's fair, but that's not happening here. We have a settled team. Spurs messed it all up by shoehorning in a bunch of players.
We'll see a maximum of three new players starting for us come August

I'm not surprised but it's still disappointing to think we can't have both. I wouldn't bet against us winning the title with both and quite frankly what the fuck else is there in football, just be treading water like arsenal have done for the past decade and as spurs have done each time they start to look half decent.

Get Henry to Suarez to pipe the fuck down again like summer and get Sanchez in . Why settle for top four again , let's actually win something of note. Surely it's the sort of signing that tempts talents like Suarez to hang around too?

Is that extra £150k a week really going to send us into administration ?

Could we not get him in the Suarez deal, and use the remainder of the money for James Rodriguez?

That's one way I can see us replacing the output of Luis last year.
