Sorry I could only get one line into that before my tongue started to swell.
[/quote]I gave up when I read this:
"]I thought when I first saw it in the game - it hit his belly and just landed at the feet of the scorer but looking at it again - I still don't think its his fault, it just hit his thigh and bounced to far away to quickly for him to do anything. NOT KELLY's Fault.
Yes, and I'm sure Jack is of the same ability as Kelly (Premiership ability) so that's the perfect test. Well done.
(not having a go Jack!)
Borini is no wing forward at all. He looked completely out of place on the right.

Tomorrow - goto the park with a mate (if you have any) and do this:
1) Stand opposite your friend and give him a football
2) Tell him to wack the ball at your thigh at moderate power
3) As the ball bounces of your thigh - try and kick it away to the right of you, while your friend runs at you.
If you manage to kick it way before you friend kicks it then I will accept its Kelly's fault - otherwise its not.

MORON
Much better game from Shelvey today after a torrid time in his last outing. It was nice to have so many good passers occupying our midfield. There was a real sense that they could create something today. Foiled by individual errors but massively encouraging in terms of the direction of the team.
Moron - you are really basing your analysis of Kelly on if someones 8 year old grandson can pass your "test"?

"IF" he is telling the truth and believes that he hit his grandson wth a football used by PL players on this 8 year olds thigh and it bounced of the thigh and the 8 year old got it away before Jack the grandfather could take it away from his grandson - then yes I guess I am wrong. But its highly unlikely, as I nearly know I am always right about these things. Kelly was taken off because he was not right in the head after that mistake. BR rates the kid highly.
He was taken off cos he wanted to get Enrique back into the side & trouble city by playing Johnson on his favoured right side.
He's actually 7 😛I tried that with my grandson this evening. First time he put it out for a corner, second time he put it out for a throw, He's eight years old.

that is another good theory which I have not thought of.
Good old that 1 journalist from sky sports
As I say froggy, I don't mind people disagreeing with me over it. I just saw little impressive from Gerrard today
Oh dear!
Did you see the sneek peak where he ripped in to Sterling? In front of all his peers? The one where you (paraphrasing) said this is how it should be?I know I can't belive it Red Mullet !!! I never thought of that. But come on !!! does anyone believe that BR would fuck up a young kids confidence like that by taking him of straight after he was involved in an unlucky incident like that ? - I don't think he would.
I'm still trying to figure out if Moron is a true moron or just his internet persona. You just said that's why he did though didn't you?
I can't keep up.
Not very Ryan like are they.Moron, just say that you agree with me & stop talking about that now.
Why not look at my boss Gerrard post I did a page or so back. Or someone at least look . Took me at least 5 minutes to do those chalkboards.

Anyway, Downing was dropped as talks continue over his big Barca move. I reckon Ayre is hoping Real come in for him too so there'll be a bidding war.
I thought that was Adam?Downing will come again - Brendan is coaching him at the moment or preparing him for Fullham transfer to get Clint Dempsey.
