Isn't the mouth-watering smell of bacon frying in the morning allegedly responsible for many a vegetarian having a moment of weakness?

I'm not sure of the veracity of that myself, but it's a nice thought.

And it does smell so very yummy.

I don't really eat that much pork outside of bacon and a bit of ham.

That is exactly the reason why my poker friend Bill turned back to meat after 7 years of being a vegetarian.

When he lived in Brum his housemate was cooking some up and he had to have some.

I love pork.Yummy yum yum.

Though I have promised 'someone' that I'd eat less pork and more veggies.

When I say 'promise', what I actually mean is that she watches what I eat and tells me what to do 🙁

A couple of years ago Tescos did a range of speciality Bacon in their Tescos Finest range.

They were infused with flavours. One of them was Maple Syrup. That would have deffo turned a veggie...............
