Stirred fried eggs with chunky ham
[/quote]
Needs tabasco sauce,as does the chicken chop..
If I'm not mistaken, I think Chicken chop is actually a Hainanese creation tho,was prepared for Englishmen in Malaya by their cooks who were homesick and wanted a taste of home..it became very popular tho even after independence

ok ok, i confess
we do not eat half boiled eggs like the gentlemanly brits
in a cup and dip your soldiers into the york
we eat is like this
watery drippy half bolied with almost raw york and white (see the bowl with yellow stuff?). We will add a dash of white ground pepper and fermented soya sauce (see the condiments containers). we might dip white or toasted bread into the mushy egg or simply slurp it down. Ah heaven. Goes well with white or black Malaysian coffee. Better than Starbucks anytime.

Fucking hell Avvy is there anything you won't eat ?
to put you guys at ease, we do not eat all those "vile stuff" ALL the time. most of the time we eat plain rice and meat and vegetables. those delicasies are for specail occasions of hankering for something different. so wizzy and rossy, you can grow fat here too with your kind of favourite food. anytime
