So unless we're being singled out for punishment because we tapped him up more effectively than all the others, I'm not sure what Cross thinks the basis of it really is. Either they all get reported or none get reported. Southampton are like those nutters who phone up police emergency numbers to ask what the time is or request advice on dealing with sickly cats.
