Usually there are the obvious one or two standout matches, maybe another one or two of some interest and the rest dross or boring. This week has, for me at least, 7-8 matches that are well worth watching for different reasons.

SAT 12 SEP 2015 - PREMIER LEAGUE
  • Everton v Chelsea 12:45
  • Arsenal v Stoke 15:00
  • Crystal Palace v Man City 15:00
  • Norwich v Bournemouth 15:00
  • Watford v Swansea 15:00
  • West Brom v Southampton 15:00
  • Man Utd v Liverpool 17:30
SUN 13 SEP 2015 - PREMIER LEAGUE
  • Sunderland v Tottenham 13:30
  • Leicester v Aston Villa 16:00
MON 14 SEP 2015 - PREMIER LEAGUE
  • West Ham v Newcastle 20:00
Everton v Chelsea
Chelsea have made poor start and look like the have issues. Everton have looked good in the two games I watched them, they are at home and some players are in good form already. Home win 2-1

Arsenal v Stoke
Arsenal blowing hot and cold and Stoke looking like they have assembled a good team. Could be a tough one for The Arse that may see an upset. Home win 2-1

Crystal Palace v Man City
This is going to be a cracker and I can see City dropping their first points. Couldn't have foreseen saying that before the season started ! Draw 2-2

Norwich v Bournemouth
Two teams that play good entertaining football should provide great viewing. Draw 2-2

Watford v Swansea
Swansea to take another step forward. Away Win 1-3

West Brom v Southampton
Are the Saints back on track ? Away Win 1-2

Man Utd v Liverpool
Just read that out - nothing more needs to be said about the size of this game. The international break will have done us good, some players will have had wins with their national teams and the despondency that fell over the club 2 weeks ago may well have lifted. LvG saying United are definitely going to win this weekend should be plastered all over the walls of the changing room. Still tough though and I can see United edging this. Home Win 1-0

Sunderland v Tottenham
Spurs are very unconvincing and failed to get Berahino, which shows their desperation to find support for Kane. Sunderland will have got a lift from their previous away draw. Draw 1-1

Leicester v Aston Villa
Love Leicester's attacking play and pace so far this season. I'l be willing them on to thrash Villa. Home Win 3-1

West Ham v Newcastle
Yaaaawn. Draw 1-1

This might be the week Chelsea get their act together finally.

Mourinho might have to rethink the team a bit but they're capable of better than they've shown so far

Bex says to me yesterday, "We need to decorate Luke's room". I say "Yeah, we do". She says how about we do it this Saturday & Sunday.

I looked at the fixtures & promptly said "You can fuck that right off".

I'm taking her to the pictures tonight to make up for being a twat.

Fuck knows when I'm gonna do this bastarding room.

Back to the footy. I'm with Ross, Chelsea are gonna kick into gear big time from here on in.

Hopefully we'll expose Utd for the cunts that they are. I think Sunderland will beat Spurs & the Bournemouth match will be a cracker, either side could win 4-3 or some such scoreline.

At the start of the season my wife asked me if we could go to Czech Republic for a friends wedding this weekend. I looked at the fixtures and figured we were playing United LAST weekend because I forgot to factor in the international weekend! The wedding starts at 2pm UK time so in theory I could do a runner at 5:30 except the wedding is in a tiny village with one pub...........and nobody can tell me if this pub even has a TV let alone shows English football...................I'm fucked.

I think Sunderland are cack and liable to be on the end of a Spurs mini rebound to form.

It'll be interesting to see Son playing for Spurs too

Wouldn't it be nice though for City to win and Chelsea to lose just to see the cunt under some real pressure. He lashes out in those circumstances - would be good to see him address the media who are likely to bang on that the league has gone already for Chelski

It's getting worse for Chelsea ....

Thibaut Courtois is facing “at least two months” out with a knee injury according to @MailFootball

Everton havent been good in the games I've watched. Chelsea will get back to winning ways.
Will be interesting to see if the lack of home wins will continue

Everton have been stingy in defence and Chelsea haven't clicked in attack so I'm hoping for another bad day out for Mourinho, Abramovich to pull the trigger on Saturday evening and we'll never have to hear from that little shit again.
That and a 0-4 win for us in Manchester would be a sweet weekend.

Everton Chelsea

I've a feeling Chelsea will click soon, & it could be this match. Hasn't stopped me backing Everton though.

Not a bad start from either side tbh. Chelsea seeing more of the ball, but unconvinced so far.

Ha! Well funny! Weird watching it in a pub in Herts that is filled with Everton fans!

Haha! I've just noticed the plastic bellend Chelsea fans on the side of the bar! They look sulky and like poster boys for the EDL. I'm out of here before one of them sees what I'm writing!

Have they got "extremely good vision" written on their tops or something?!

Stones been brilliant so far. Rooney, Barkley, Stones, Everton's academy had produced some decent players as well.
