Usually there are the obvious one or two standout matches, maybe another one or two of some interest and the rest dross or boring. This week has, for me at least, 7-8 matches that are well worth watching for different reasons.
SAT 12 SEP 2015 - PREMIER LEAGUE
Chelsea have made poor start and look like the have issues. Everton have looked good in the two games I watched them, they are at home and some players are in good form already. Home win 2-1
Arsenal v Stoke
Arsenal blowing hot and cold and Stoke looking like they have assembled a good team. Could be a tough one for The Arse that may see an upset. Home win 2-1
Crystal Palace v Man City
This is going to be a cracker and I can see City dropping their first points. Couldn't have foreseen saying that before the season started ! Draw 2-2
Norwich v Bournemouth
Two teams that play good entertaining football should provide great viewing. Draw 2-2
Watford v Swansea
Swansea to take another step forward. Away Win 1-3
West Brom v Southampton
Are the Saints back on track ? Away Win 1-2
Man Utd v Liverpool
Just read that out - nothing more needs to be said about the size of this game. The international break will have done us good, some players will have had wins with their national teams and the despondency that fell over the club 2 weeks ago may well have lifted. LvG saying United are definitely going to win this weekend should be plastered all over the walls of the changing room. Still tough though and I can see United edging this. Home Win 1-0
Sunderland v Tottenham
Spurs are very unconvincing and failed to get Berahino, which shows their desperation to find support for Kane. Sunderland will have got a lift from their previous away draw. Draw 1-1
Leicester v Aston Villa
Love Leicester's attacking play and pace so far this season. I'l be willing them on to thrash Villa. Home Win 3-1
West Ham v Newcastle
Yaaaawn. Draw 1-1
