.... and i feel numb

i expected a weight to lift off me and that i could be happy
i expected to light up at the mancs not beating our record
i expected to end the season on a high with a win
i expected to look forward to the world cup
i expected so much this season and i've been let down

i don't want to look at the mrs because chelsea won the league. She's so happy and i feel like a void.
i'm glad this season is over, but i don't want the next one to begin

*grumble*
 
seriously, this is the worst season I can remember for years and years.
even the crumb of consolation for finishing 6th was cruelly ripped away from me.
 
it's been a shocking one.

Hopefully some drastic changes happen over the summer to generate some hope in time for next season.

problem with rafa going is i don't know who would come. The clubs in a state. I honestly don't know if i can see positives on the horizon.

He's not just been on BBC saying he's got a meeting with the club on Wed, if conditions are right he will stay. Nice one Rafa.

I have four years remaining on my contract and I have made a strong commitment to the club. I am really pleased to have been here for a long time and hopefully I can stay here is the conditions are right."
 
I think we'd be better off keeping Rafa right now.

To lose the manager as well as a load of backroom staff in our current state just seems like too much. And I'm unconvinced that someone like Hodgson would come in and magically turn things around.

rafa would be mad to stay here. what is happening off the pitch is an utter shambles (although rafa is responsible for the shambles on the pitch). juve are going give him a fortune in transfer fee, here rafa probably wont get the money from player sales.

If he's claiming he'll decide whether to stay or not on Wednesday, can't the club get rid with no compensation on some technicality? Surely he can't come out with this kind of stuff?
