We're going through a bad patch in our play but starting with Bordeaux, we're winning them.
Studge and Hendo are so not match fit but some nice touches from them.
This is a great result - we have won today when most of our rivals have been stuck on drawn results. This is what I would call a 6 pointer !!! Brilliant.
We really do need to improve on our scoring - but I am not too worried because I think other top teams are struggling to score against what may be be considered lower opposition.

Pleased with the three points. Wouldn't have won this game under latter-day Rodgers, I feel. It won't happen overnight (it will happen!) but the more games we win in transition, the obvious better..

HaHa - I suppose it is. I started the season with £100 (as I always do) and see where I end up at x-mas. If I'm in the negative I draw the lot out and don't bother for the rest of the season. Otherwise I take out half of my overall stake and kick on. I'm on £172 at the moment 😀

Only caught bits of the game, but you can never complain after winning your third match in a week with largely the same team.
From the highlights I saw it was our final touch in key moments that stopped us getting a shot away that cost us, particularly Ibe and Benteke.
We'll need them to sharpen up in these decisive moments, but Klopp has already identified this problem a few weeks back and I'm confident he's addressing it.

I thought we had them pinned and they were doing everything to not lose. If we apply the same pressure to all teams then eventually they will fuck up or break.
A good grinded out scrappy 1-0 win. We need those. We're going to get a lot of teams park the bus against us now at home now, klopp had it at dortmund. All looking very positive at the moment, hopefully we can get glassman, benteke, firmino, coutinho, lallana, ibe all clicking and get some goals.
