Strength of the Premier League - World 22

If you were to pick a world 22-man squad, with a backup player for each position on the bench, how many 'world class' players does the premier league have that makes that 22-man squad? So the player has to be the best player in the world in that position, or 2nd best. This seasons form only. My guess:

Us - Salah
Spurs - Kane, Vertonghen
Utd - De Gea
Chelsea - Hazard, Kante
City - De Bruyne, Aguero

He has, been a very good screen for them, but still limited by the poor form of his partner and the back line behind them

I think the lack of people taking advantage of what he does has made him seem 'poorer' - he's not been as 'on' as last year (then again, neither has any of the team) but he's still been top class.
