Downing - mostly because I didn't want him in the first place but also because he's failing even to match my low expectations. He'll get better, but he'll always will have been a bad signing.
Carroll and Henderson get the benefit of the doubt for now.
Adam's doing decent enough and Enrique has surpassed expectations.

If an offer of anything like 20 million came in for Carroll we would be insane not to take it, I really dont think he offers us enough to be anything more than a squad player. In January he will have been here a year and if his current form continues until then we would be better off cutting our losses and moving on with a player capable of fitting into our system which he clearly is not
