Question is, is there anyone who actually cares about us trying to keep him over the summer?

I don't think our next goalkeeper will be as good as Reina, and I think Reina's errors will pale in comparison to his replacement, whoever it is.

This reminds of the Alonso situation a little bit. Reina's form has suffered but it's seen people coming out with all kinds of shit like the frankly embarrassing "I feel more confident with Jones in goal" posts.

He's been our best keeper in decades and we'll have to sign a top class replacement in order not to miss him if he goes in the summer. Unlike with Alonso however, I'm not all that bothered if he goes. That is more of a reflection of my general apathy towards the team than of Reina's quality though.

I'd like him to stay too. Being a goalkeeper is tough, in the sense that mistakes are a lot more damaging than mistakes from other players. He's had a bad run of form recently, but he's still a top class keeper.

Some teams can survive with shite in goal, like the Mancs for the last 15 years or something.
