I can't think of a sweeter way to rub Pardew's nose in it.

Kudos to the players for getting stuck in after going down to 10 men.

Lovren was immense, Moreno is rubbish.

Respect to Benteke for not shirking responsibility to take the pen given his confidence must be shot.

Players showed wonderful character.

Glug!

We were rubbish for most of the game, but bizarrely the sending off seemed to invigorate the players. Benteke came on and did more in 20 minutes than we'd managed as a team in 70. Nerveless penalty and we didn't deserve the the three points, but who fucking cares?

And FUCK YOU PARDEW. I missed his hissy fit because I was jumping around and screaming

Mignolet (7) Made some decent saves and couldn't be faulted for the goal really

Flanagan (5) Some sloppy passing and wasted chances in attack. Made a few typically robust challenges. Weird that, like Carra, he seems better on the other flank, despite how one-footed he is.

Lovren (8) I do have concerns that he isn't exactly ever going to be cool and collected, but when he plays like this, he's a genuine asset

Sakho (6) Coughs up possession too often with poor control and odd decision-making. And he couldn't head his way out of a wet fucking Echo. But he made at least one utterly fantastic block and that's an extra point right there

Moreno (6) Typically useless tackling when he dives in, far more effective when he stays in his feet and uses his pace and physicality to snuff out threats. Typically useful in attack and had one splendid effort off the post

Henderson (6) Good to see him getting back to his usual level physically. He worked hard and had so much of the ball. It's true his use of the ball when he has it is very often ordinary, but he did pretty well.

Can (7) Great to see a little more consistency and he certainly got better when we went down to 10 men. Used his huge bulk to good effect

Milner (5) Silly challenge for the second yellow, and was his typical busy self beforehand, without really creating much. Point off for the cards.

Lallana (5) Followed his exceptional display against City with one of stultifying mediocrity. How very Lallana.

Firmino (6) Awful mistake for their goal, and played ...averagely. But nice finish when gifted a chance by their keeper, so extra point for that. 2016's best player so far Jan-March (inc)

Origi (4) Never even looked close to scoring. In fact, didn't even have a shot. Was thankfully replaced by Benteke, who won the game for us.

Of course Delaney clipped Bentekke's foot. Stupid to slide in when there was no danger.

Win deserved? No. Lucky? yes!

That's what I just said! This is fucking robbery.

I don't care about the goals or replays of that penalty!

Where the FUCK is Pardew? We jammily beat one of the most genuinely hateful and disliked managers in the Premiership - IN THE LAST MINUTE WITH A DODGY PENALTY - and you think it's acceptable to not show his post-match interview and coat-throwing antics? On a loop? For at least 24 hours? Perhaps on a new Sky Channel called SkySports 6 PardewIsACunt in HD?

Stat for you..

First time in Premier League history we have come back from behind with 10 men to win

Oh by the way, good pass by Henderson and good run by Benteke. Not often we've been able to say either of that this season but great to be able to use both of them in one sentence today!

I can't believe we won without Lucas, either.

In associated 'total shit' news, poor old Brian 'Drizzy Rascal' O'Driscoll has been fired by Walsall.

If there was ever an appointment made that summed up exactly how big an egomaniacal twat Rodgers was, this was it.

Here he is!

Disappointingly calm, but seething and bitter, with a pleasing touch of despondence.

Jamie Carragher is wrong for saying it's a penalty, apparently, it wasn't a penalty, Benteke made a meal of it, if Palace had been on the other end of the decision, they wouldn't have got it. Oh he's losing it now, really really angry...this is actually brilliant!

What a gigantic cunt.
