Great game, even better result.
comfortable win there for villa. they have players we could have bought that would have improved what we have.
warnock looks as good if not better than insua, but maybe insua will develop into a better player.
milner and carew would be great options to have.
young ahead of riera or babel any day also

Just seen the Defoe stamp. WHilst obviously it's a red, I like how the player shouts at Defoe and makes a point to the ref before he realises he's meant to be rolling around in "pain".

I was envious during the broadcast when they showed the Citeh bench, Jeez they have some squad. It will be difficult for Hughes not to shape that lot into challengers.
Wigan are a neat, tidy side but I'd take us to beat them 9 out of 10 times. They have even less cutting edge than us.
