Unfortunately, it won't happen. They've got 35 points and the points cushion is probably just good enough to keep them afloat, given the dross like Sunderland and QPR below them (on 30 and 27). Villa at 32 right now could probably survive in the end as well, because damn Burnley has dropped 6 points in their last 2 games (stuck on 26 now).
Still time for some massive fuck ups but right now, it doesn't look like Newcastle will go down despite a horrible run of results.

Fuck, fuck, fuck. Despite the naysayers here saying Everton would give this up I always thought it was going to be a tough match for United and I said they may lose it. How much are we regretting not winning yesterday, had we won that and again on Tuesday vs. Hull and we would have been just 2 points behind those cunts from down the M56.
