By beating a championship side?
By beating three premier league teams in a row, the first time Spurs have done it since 2023 and two of those away from home.

And in a season when very few teams have won more than 3 in a row it’s impressive.

I think an important aspect of management is to be able to adapt and get a tune of sorts out of a side with injuries too.
One could argue not losing the dressing room and your job is more important.

If you aren’t there you can’t turn it around.

Even Pep who is in the mix for the greatest of all time couldn’t get a tune out of his lot when he had injuries to key positions.

3 in a row all against bottom half sides.

Even Moyes has done better than that and he's been at Everton for 2 months.

Three in a row for the first time since 2023? So, that's 3 in a row for the first time with him as manager.

Using his own failure to amplify his minor achievement is an exercise in contortion.

I genuinely don't think there's any doubt at the club about the talent of Bajectic. He's proven himself as a first team player. He just needed minutes after a injury ravaged season and being backup to Grav, and even Endo at times, he wasn't going to get them.

There's some speculative doubt over his off the pitch discipline, which a loan also may help with but let's see. I think it was all about getting minutes in his legs after an important year of development was completely lost.

Hopefully him and us both reap the benefit next year. We'll know how Slot sees him by the end of preseason. There's nothing about his style which suggests he cannot contribute to Slots midfield.

If this was the case there would be about 15-20 penalties per game.

Possibly so, but not for long - managers and players would soon get the message that the rules are the rules. Alternatively, change the rules themselves (though I don't know how). Either would be better than the current uncertainty in which nobody knows where the heck they stand.
