Other games GW26

Young doesn’t go down. He dives like an Olympic atlethe from 10m in the Sydney pool.
That tug of the shirt doesn’t warrant that dive.
Good to see they overturn blatant diving.
Get it out of the sport.

Sorry but that's completely irrelevant. This is exactly where these discussions go off the rails. A tug of the shirt is a foul and because it happened inside the area a penalty should have been awarded. The whole idea of "not enough for a foul" is total nonsense.

Completely agree but the new ruling that the holding has to be 'sustained' needlessly muddies the waters in both the decision making and the discussions.

For me it's a foul all day, but PGMOL love to overcomplicate things

Fulham losing 2 nil is impressive. Palace are a proper little yo-yo this year

All of that is absolutely true, but in fairness we as fans, plus an assortment of pundits, have contributed to it IMO by going on about "soft penalties", "letting the game flow" etc.in our own right. We can have consistency OR we can have what's laughably described as "common sense" - not both.

It wouldn't be the PGMOL if there wasn't some unnecessary over complication of a simple rule

Isak yes for sure, but I wouldn't want Kudus. For all his strengths (and they're considerable at his best) we'd never know what to expect from him.
This is exactly it. He reminds me of shaqiri in the sense he'll either be unplayable or invisible

I just wonder what he would look like in a better team when he's not expected to defend for 80% of the game.

I've seen him bully both Arsenal and City. I like that.
