Yet again we're beating united. Who would merely be cunts when you can be dangerous cultish cunts?

This has been going on far too long..

We are everybodies punchbag and the amount of, what is now daily, negative attacks on our club, players, manager, staff, fans and owner through the media and press is disgraceful..

I cannot think of another club that has had to put up with the level of shit we have had thrown at us over a such a sustained period of time going back a good several years now..

Morning, noon and night there is a negativity when reporting about City whether it's on the radio, TV or in the newspapers.

It does wear you down, (wears me down for sure)

We need to start legally throwing a few punches back just remind one or 2 people who we are and what we stand for...

We as a club need to seriously look at what can be done because it is getting to the stage where the damage this is causing to our reputation and standing within the game will be irreparable ..."

"With money one can make anything happen so start by looking for some dirt on Mike Riley, can’t find any then get it planted Next do the same to Liverpool’s owners need to fight fire with fire stop being nice, be ruthless and make sure the media know we will no long take any shit.

Just reminded me I love this song (no connection honest 😉 )

Did anything ever happen over the leaks from City concerning them using third parties to pay staff ?

Does anyone know "who" they are, and "what" they stand for?? wtf does that actually mean for a plastic club who are having their 15 mins of fame.

Manchester City have failed in an initial bid to have the Court of Arbitration for Sport (Cas) halt Uefa's investigation into a possible breach of Financial Fair Play (FFP) rules.
City have been referred to Uefa's financial watchdog, the Club Financial Control Body (CFCB) and if found guilty could face a Champions League ban.
Cas said City's appeal was "inadmissible" at this stage because the CFCB has not yet determined what, if any, punishment would be applied if they were found guilty.
The club, who deny wrongdoing, had argued that Uefa did not have the authority to bring an FFP case against them.
Uefa launched an investigation after German newspaper Der Spiegel published leaked documents alleging City had inflated the value of a multimillion-pound sponsorship deal, misleading European football's governing body.
Reports alleged City deliberately misled Uefa so they could meet FFP rules requiring clubs to break even

Lololo

City fans all over twitter saying already been announced there will be no Champs league ban ( if found guilty. Why appeal if nothing to hide? ). How that works I have no idea.

How long before they allege it's all a Liverpool-led plot?

Of course it is down to us. If we (and others) just spent insane amount of money we didn't earn on fullbacks then the world would have been a better place for everyone. Why do we have to come up with fullbacks costing a Grand total of 8 mill when you clearly need 250 mill to have the position decent covered these days?

Love his quote “ I’m really exited by the squad AND THE ACADEMY”
No your not. Your just saying it because you’ve been a chequebook manager since forever, and in the light of SFL’s success with kids he’s hoping it will alter people’s perception of him. ( everything he says is choreographed )
Im amazed he’s got the gig. He’s a total busted flush IMO. Bet Spurs fans will really dig his groovy attacking football and constant bitching.
ha. ha. ha.
chelsea fans calling mourinho a chequebook manager.
oh the cheek.

To be fair to Mourinho he's never been around a club long enough to nurture any youth into the first team, what does he average, 2 years per club ?

His boom - bust cycle isn't much longer than ours !

Chelsea fans turning on The Special one when they first found out lol

The Shed End Chelsea Forum - Jose Mourinho thread
Really good this post by davey babe from above source:

I also fear them in the top 4 race this season. Next season they'll do better than this season, but he won't win the PL, mainly because Klopp is too good. Third season it will all explode and it will be beautiful to see. Jose only knows one way to achieve success. His methods are too intense and antagonistic to have a long shelf life. He'll start to unravel and he'll start falling out with everybody around him. He has to cause chaos, that is his modus operandi. If he tries to adopt a new approach, he won't be successful, so he will revert to type, just as he did at Chelsea second time round.

Started off all happy, playing good football, but the latter half of our title-winning season we stopped playing football, gave up possession, and relied wholly on Hazard. It was wretched to watch, and the following season it got really ugly, and as we plummeted, he literally had no idea how to stop the rot, and he completely lost the respect of the players. Interestingly, and tellingly, he made exactly the same mistakes at Utd. He couldn't adapt, he couldn't learn. He did exactly the same, which proves a lot. The moment he starts blaming the board, rather than himself, he's done for at Tottenham, because Levy won't stand for it. They'll possibly win a cup or two in his two and a half seasons at Tottenham, but they won't the league.

He's a far worse manager than he once was, because he's lost his lustre, and his mystique, and he doesn't really get the modern player. He's lost his aura of invincibility, which counts for a lot, much like in boxing. He's been sacked 3 times by PL clubs. 3 times. It's a lot. He's becoming a journeyman, a gun for hire. The more he loses the respect of his players, the more he fails to relive past glories, the more he gets riled, and it all flares up. It's 10 years since he won the CL, he's only won 2 league titles since then, at Utd he failed for the first time to win the league in his second season at a club. He's declining and declining and declining. Madrid fans were happy to see the back of him, as were Chelsea fans, as were Utd fans. There were no real tears. I can't wait for it all to explode at Tottenham, and I promise you it will.

Someone doesn't like us much (from BBC site) -

Utter corruption. Liverpool get absolutely no respect from me if they go on to win the title. This sours English football massively. BOOOOOOOOOOOOO"

()()()()

They'll get respect from no-one.
Not even themselves
Not winning matches and the league like that
They can't win without VAR helping them. How can they be proud of that?
