I actually see Ange as a lesser version of Mourinho. While young and coming up Mourinho worked with Bobby Robson and with Guardiola. I don't think Ange had an opportunity to work with people of that caliber. Ange has some good stuff but huge gaps too. And, remember, Mourinho is an old school manager with old school approaches (like Ange is).
I think that England is too big of a challenge for him, especially at Tottenham. He should probably be cut some slack because he took on this Tottenham which is a very poorly run club. He is trying to talk trophies and work himself into the top of the table while getting only minnows. Perhaps he would have been much better off at a different PL club. But he does have intensity about himself. He might pull off winning a cup. He's not afraid talking and even confronting media about it.
