One of the many lunatics infesting Blue Moon is genuinely speculating that Otamendi played so badly because he may have been drugged by some nefarious group*

*Liverpool fans, or maybe UEFA probably. Or Sky, maybe.

Yes because Liverpool fans had the power to drug De Bruyne, Ederson, Sterling.....but we chose to drug Otamendi.

Fuck me sideways. Blue Moon has a thread about Italian TV personality racially abusing Lukaku by saying the only way to stop him is to feed him maybe 10 banans to eat. And one of the lunatics on their forum answer With this post:

"Awful comment ffs, what the fcuk is wrong with people.
In saying that, bet Mr Passirani wishes he worked for Sky and played for Liverpool.
[bcolor=transparent] Few weeks off air and then welcomed back with open arms would have been his punishment," [/bcolor]

What does it take for them to not think about Liverpool 24/7?
WTF!!!? Haha! What a fucking whopper. They really have no shame.

News that Stones is it for at least a month... Mancity in bare bones mode CB wise. They could play Fernandinho, Rodrigo (?) or Walker there but they will be comprised.

Fernandinho would probably be ok against the cannon fodder teams like Norwich lol but against the top six they would struggle with Fernandinho at CB.

Fernandinho and Rodrigo are options, but he might also be tempted to try 3 at the back.

Sounds a bit counter-intuitive to play an extra CB when you don't have many, but if one of them is, say, Walker at "right CB", you can then double up that protection with two more wing-backs, so you have 5 at the back when you're defending.

I think they'll have to go down this road, and I'm sure they did in the past. Hopefully that has an effect on their attacking in that they'll potentially have one less player providing a passing option further up the pitch. More than anything teams need to get behind City and force set pieces. They have shit defenders and a preponderance of midgets and have a bad record in this department.

Wouldn't surprise me if they signed another defender in the January transfer window.

I don't doubt it. If you consider just how important Laporte and Kompany were to them last season this is a really serious impediment to their title aspirations. Which is nice.

Teams also need to start injuring City's midfield and attackers. Like proper late and dirty tackles. That would be great.

Aye the beast is wounded , we need to strike now , by we , I mean the rest of league need to take points off them

How dare you say I would relish seeing a Burnley clogger smashing through Sterling leaving shards of bone protruding from his shattered leg! The imputation that I would fondle myself at that horrendous sight! How very dare you indeed!

A trip to BlueMoon to see their wankfest over our defeat allways gives a little gold. Some of the characters over there is absolutely brainless.

What about this beauty:
[bcolor=transparent]If only we could win the CL and then be another team who lost the first game as defending champions. It's just that kind of 'histree' that no number of gallons of diesel could buy. [/bcolor]

Or this as a reply to to the tweet from Peter Moore about staying at the hospital with the injured supporter, and tweeting about the lack of urgency from Police/Medicals:

"Distinct lack of urgency from the police".

[bcolor=transparent] These bastards simply have no sense of irony do they? [/bcolor]

And this as a reply to the above tweet:
[bcolor=transparent]
liverpool fans of the 70s 80s would do that sort of thing so maybe the teachers of crime don't like the payback by the pupils that all watched them run riot,
[/bcolor]

Ah. It had to come. How fucking attached were they to that bus?😀:

[bcolor=transparent]
A distinct lack of urgency by the police is a statement familiar to anyone visiting that shitehole called Anfield over the years, when their police allow our team bus to be smashed up, even letting thugs stand on their vehicles to do so. If you felt under threat of attack or were being attacked there as a fan the normal response would be, "Shouldn't have come then lad!" Or, " Stay at home next time!"
[/bcolor]

The comments are essential reading. Fucking brilliant.

This one :

"trust EFC to get beat 2-0 and face 1 shot on target ... still breaking records us FFS

"

hahaha

PS - how did they manage it?

Its a bit like how they manage to win the transfer window every year and follow the victory up with a season of shite football. Evertocontradiction

I think Silva is maybe a bad result or two from the sack.

And that's being optimistic

City will annihilate them next week and their supporters will be simultaneously cheering on City while complaining their team is shit and the manager needs to be sacked.

The only thing theyve got less of than self awareness is trophies.
