Good question. I didn't want Benteke to start vs West Brom, but I understand why Klopp went with him rather than Firmino or Origi. I'm sure part of the thinking was that Benteke's height was supposed to help us deal with West Brom's threat on set pieces (well, that didn't work out as planned). On the attacking side, Benteke didn't score, but we created a lot more chances than in previous 2 games and you can see a certain logic in using a striker like Benteke when we are playing at home. On another day he could have scored and been the difference between 1 and 3 points, like he was several times already in his LFC career.
I would definitely not start Benteke in an away game after what we witnessed at Newcastle. We need work-rate and mobility. So I think the question should be Origi or Firmino. At this point I would go with Origi, as he is starting to pick up confidence. If it works out, maybe we'll end up with a situation where one Belgian striker generally starts our home games and the other one away ones.
