If that bald thread is anything to go by it suggests Jonjo has bucket loads of testosterone to have lost his hair by 19, he will improve physically I'm sure of it.

Shelvey needs confidence in his own ability. When I see him on the pitch it's like he's overcompensating because he's trying to impress.
In his last reserve game he was subbed for Connor Thomas at half time. Thomas did really well.
IMO better than Shelvey.

fowler was a better finisher than rush.
Torres had the most techinque of any liverpool striker I have seen.
owen was ridiculously limited.
gerrard is a better forward than midfielder.
kuyt is a poor wide midfielder.
henchoz was a better partner for sami than carra.
alonso was more important to us (while he was here) than gerrard.
ha ha flame away 😛

The fundamental problem wasn't the King, nor even Souness though he certainly didn't help. The main problem, and the REAL reason why we've slipped so far off the pace, was always the accession of that amiable chump David Moores to the chairmanship. Many, many things would have been done differently if Sir John Smith had been succeeded by somebody who knew what they were doing.

managerial transitions have to be managed/planned. they weren't from Kenny to Souey, and from Rafa to Roy. We blundered along. That always creates issues.
Anyway - unpopular opinions - I think they've all been aired here over the years. That's what I like about this forum. people are fairly seasoned in their opinions. Not much naivety...
