what's your point? you can point to gerrard and say injuries has massively impacted his ability to hit the net this season, where as owen was hardly pulling up trees last season. owen's low scoring stats are becoming the norm rather than the exception. people should look at the owen of today not the owen of the past. he got a hattrick this season in the CL so you could argue owen will always be a finisher. I wouldn't take a chance on his, riduclously injury prone and well past his best.
