I do not trust Evra for one tiny second in all this. Suarez hasn't exactly been a saint either, and we still don't know what has been said, but to me it's the former that's the aggressor and the gainer.
The way he managed to connect with Suarez just a few yards before the latter hitting the tunnel, cheering in his face, after having danced around the entire stadium. The way he made sure he got a lengthy 8-game-ban (along with Sir Alex it must've been), and now this.
Everyone can see that Evra is doing his utmost to get an reaction for Suarez and then he's the one being lauded for wanting to shake his hand? This is puke-material.
That anyone here comes on to defends Sir Alex's disrespectful and highly inappropriate comments on the matter surprises me no end to be honest. The FA has made a complete mess of this and Evra and Ferguson has been 'clever' enough to use in his own advance. But now it has to stop.
It's not like he tried to end someones career with a flying tackle or stamp his studs into the chest of an opposing supporter. Or have been taking drugs, or have been buying shitloads of prostitutes etc. etc. If possible Sir Alex's high horse just got a tad taller after all this.
PS For the sake of it we'll probably never know whether something racist was being said (or meant) but you can't crucify one only because of the witness of another - who'll even gain from bring him down.
It's not like there's telly recording him calling someone a 'black c*nt', surely that would've changed the case? That would've called for a severe and proper lengthy penalty, when the evidence is there for all to see?
Oh no, the FA are waiting untill after the Summer Euro's to take care of Terry. Brilliant.
All this reeks of manure if you ask me.
