I sent a copy of the logo for my university rowing team to a company who print tshirts. I got a reply saying that the image wasn't of high enough quality and i should send them a vectored version of it.
I did a bit of google research but all I could find was how to make like layered pictures which doesnt seem like the right thing.
So, does anyone know what it means?
Or have any advice on how I could make my logo higher quality? When I first made it I would zoom in and it wouldn't be very pixelated but since I saved it (as the best quality jpg they had in the menu) it is now pixelating more. What is a better format to save it in?
