I think it was because he was refusing to answer Kenny's calls that people got a bit upset. He refused contact from the club, then Kenny tried to contact him personally, and Judas blanked him.

From what I gather Kenny really wanted to find a way to convince him to stay, to give him a chance, and probably to excite him at the prospect of lining up with Suarez. Judas didn't want to hear, his mind had been made up. Rude cunt.

Carrol's played fewer games and scored more goals for £15m less - I dont see it any way,shape or form being debatable..

If he publicly admitted his love for the club and the mistake he made leaving us (both during a chelsea press conference) and IF we could get him back in at a bargain bin price, I'd be happy for him to come back.

I said at the time I thought he'd live to regret it, although I probably wasn't the only one.

I think he must do, whether or not he'd ever admit it, even to himself, is another story. I don't think it's just the fact that he's not been playing so well, but also the ambiance of the club, where he's adored.He had that at Athletico and with us, he doesn't have that there and he probably never will. Even if he is awesome.

After the Everton game in Jan he said he was staying apparently the Chelsea bid came in shortly after that and he decided he was going. Like he feared if he didn't go then he'd miss his chance, I guess he feared what he might miss out on if he didn't go, but neglected to look at what he'd miss if he did.

For the most part I hate Torres, but I do feel the same way Oncy does, I'd be so happy if he came back, all would be forgiven and we'd probably end up loving him even more
 
I started hating him cos I knew he was gonna leave cos he played like a brat who couldn't be bothered. And it infuriated me when people made excuses for him about poor service etc, when in actual fact it was blatantly clear that he was making no effort whatso ever
