I'll find some random generator thing online which will determine what order we pick in.

It'll be simple - 11 rounds, 1 pick per round. You pick a first team essentially. You can play whatever formation you prefer, and can play players in whatever position you like. e.g. Bale can be a LB, LM, AM .. .whatever.
