Always thought Chris Gunter was a decent enough RB to play for a lower prem side, surprised he never got the move.

Disappointing, Portugal won't win this competition. The other game may as well be the final

I'm convinced that the yellow card rule they have is done on purpose to make it harder for the smaller teams.

The biggest thing from last night's failure is that it means no British team has got to an international final for 50 years now.

Fifty years!

All the players from each home nation (inc ROI) play in top leagues, have experienced managers and play alongside top talent from all over the world and yet can't master tournament football. Just the occasional big win from one of us and a fluke like Wales 'dream', that's it.

It surely must be a psychological problem?

By the way, the same thing happened to Wales as it does to England where one brief run of success and they're bigged up only to fail 'heroically'.

Still, lovely singing from the Taffs, maybe they'll get an award like the Irish for being nice or something.

It is not a psychological problem. The British clubs need more coaches with UEFA A/B badge. I doubt that you will find a single club in the top league in Spain/Germany that don't have a few coaches with UEFA A/B badge. Portugal also have a lot of them.

I doubt that they would let a coach train even their kids if he/she don't have a UEFA A/B badge.

England for example would probably need 8000+ more coaches with a UEFA A/B badge.
