Ah, fuck. Should have had arguments with him..
He was great, you'd make a point that he couldn't refute, and instead of acknowledging that or trying to formulate a counter point, he's start banging on about something else completely unrelated to the subject matter, as if it was in anyway your opinion. Often it was about how the NHS should be replaced by a charity ran by the gracious and loving oligarchs that the bosom of a proper capitalist system would nurture and create, and that we should learn to adore and bow our peasant heads too.
I don't actually recall having any heated debates or arguments or even discussions with him.
He seemed to stick to talking about UKIP and Brendan Rodgers (and Milner obv), so he was rather compartmentalised.
Not like me, the open-minded polymath, skipping gaily from thread to thread with nary a thought for actual qualified opinion, or even a defined and consistent view

He seemed sort of like a right-wing version of Oliver Twist, slightly pathetic, but more prone to swearing and actually had an opinion.

Peter did also make multiple posts across multiple threads to tell us that Milner was a waste of money (factoring in wages for entire contract). Fair enough if he thought that or didn't rate Milner but Peter was in fact a fan of Milner. Well, until his arch nemesis Brendan Rodgers tried to sign him. Peter could no longer support such a transfer.
Peter did some bizarre things before he took a break from the site like changing his avatar to whatever club we played that game week. He was showing support for the opposition in the hope we would be beaten and Rodgers would be sacked. It even led to 6CM court, something that might need to be revisited to finally see Ross and Dantes go head to head in e-court.
