You rarely get real pizza here. Tried it once in Prague from a wood burning pizza oven & it was immense, & had no fancy toppings.
We're pizza Neanderthals here. Most people think dominos is real pizza.

There is a company which does 85%+ stuff with ginger in. Fucking quality.

I like green & blacks 85% chocolate, it's lush, though only a small piece suffices as its so rich. I mentioned their with sea salt & with chilli bars, they're amazing despite sounding gross.

I've just downloaded Command and Conquer the last decade. Im off to play that lets blow some GLA up.
Aldi's brand real chocolate is great too, think its 80%, slightly more bitter than green & blacks but about a third of the price.
Regarding the flour, bread flour is the way, but the tricky thing is you need an oven that can reach 420 C, and that's hard. Using a stone in a bbq is the best way for the average person.
