The movement of Aspas was really poor there. Gave no options to Coutinho and did not create any space either. He been mostly good so far, but Coutinho could have used somethng more there.

I think Lucas is ok, we have bigger problems than him. Allen for one, Enrique, CB, CF, RW, AM in fact everywhere....

I would love BR to drop Allen and give Coutinho a run there with Ibe, Raheem, Stirling or Assaidi on the left.

Totally agree, it is not Allens fault. Everyone has their favourites and unfortunately Allen is his. He will be his undoing, in time.

Ha! Allen has been one of our top performers this pre season and after a bad 45 mins the knives are out. Typical.

The first half hasnt been good enough. Slow, poor passing in the final third and not enough movement.
Downing looks like he's already in London and Wisdom is struggeling.
We really cant defend against a target man and look unable to break Celtic down. This could be the Stoke game in a weeks time.
Struggeling against a wall of big lumps and being all over the place at set pieces.

We desperatly need a few more additions to the side before the window closes. Papa and an attacker.

I Disagree, I feel Allen has been poor in pre-season. His finishing, for an AM is poor, he should have had a hat trick last weekend, defensively he is too weak(still) and he can't use his poorly shoulder as an excuse this year, he hasn't the guile for through balls as a AM should have, he passes safe and sideways ALL the time - he is a poor version of LUCAS.
Downing's shiteness is to be expected
Wisdom, this will be a good learning curve for him.
