I Disagree, I feel Allen has been poor in pre-season. His finishing, for an AM is poor, he should have had a hat trick last weekend, defensively he is too weak(still) and he can't use his poorly shoulder as an excuse this year, he hasn't the guile for through balls as a AM should have, he passes safe and sideways ALL the time - he is a poor version of LUCAS.
Downing's shiteness is to be expected

That's fair enough we all have opinions and are entitled to them, none of us are right or wrong it is each persons perception of what they expect a player to do or be able to do in a certain position.

Totally agree, we need to vary the pace at which we play. By doing that the opposition are unable to get settled, the further up the pitch we move the faster we should move the ball.
