There are 4 factors involved in why we're playing so well:
  1. Fulham are shite
  2. we changed to 4 at the back
  3. Coutinho
  4. Fulham are shite

i'm not complaining but it's insane how often johnson is being left free and in acres of space . just his crossing is letting him down a little .

I'm in DC today visiting a friend at the LFC club bar, so of course I'm near an annoying Chelsea fan. Her voice is like nails on a chalkboard.

Coutinho's a big reason, but Modo is so fucking myopic and stubborn it's unreal. As for the "glad you said it" comment about Hendo, just another case of sour grapes as per. He's having a good game.

Sturridge strage subdue considering how rampant we have been, Fulham have clearly decided to drop deep and dent the front 2 space to run into in an effort to limit our chances, it hasnt worked at all, mainly because their off the ball running has been pathetic and we have walked through them time and again down the right hand side

Id like to see Allen and Sterling in the second half, this game is a perfect confidence builder, what little fight was in Fulham has been knocked out of them at this stage

He is, my comment was merely pointing out he doesnt work the keeper nearly enough for the position he finds himself in, at his age its unlikely to be a skill he going to acquire so the 10-15 goals Rodgers wants from midfield are going to have to come from somewhere else

Gerrard is now at that stage where he can only do so much, and he lets his head drop when things don't go our way.....it's hard to see from our captain, who was all belief up until two seasons ago.

We need at least one player who can drive us on when things are not going our way.

Johnson has been very good on the right hand side. Hasn't always made the most of his opportunities but it goes to show what having an option that players actually want to give the ball to gives you - genuine width. Contrast that with Cissokho who seems to be frozen out of the game by his team-mates... still looks hopelessly sluggish.

Be nice to see a bit of Allen (for Lucas) and Alberto (for Coutinho) in the next half.
