A bump for this guy after another good performance at the Emirates, sure, he should have scored, but I don't think he fluffed his chance, he just should have done better, that would have gone in eight times out of ten, but it was a great save from a decent but not clinical finish. Anyway, something really struck me last night watching him play, it's something that I, and the people I've watched the previous games with have commented on already. Benteke looks really hungry and really passionate, like not diving into every tackle passionate, but you can tell he wants to win. I wasn't expecting that at all from him, maybe because of the complete lack of interest from Balotelli last season, Borini looks like a lost budgie, and Sturridge's generally languid demeanour, but it's been a huge positive for me, the boy wants to win, you can tell, he doesn't easily get down on himself, or lose interest, he loves the battle, and it's great to watch. As well as bringing in a great striker, we've added another winner to the squad, and it's a massive plus for us.

He had another great game, but he needs to be scoring some goals. It's not like he's not getting his chances. I agree that was a fantastic save from Cech, but rather than trying to poke it home he should've put his foot through it.
