That first touch never leaves sturridge no matter how long he's out for. It's quite something.

Sadly his pace & quick feet when running at defenders or unto pace takes weeks of matches to return to his best, thankfully that first touch & his natural ability to find the back of the net is still enough to make a huge difference to us even at nowhere near his best.
