I'd say it's more of a "light" tone than an unofficial tone (the actual name for it is literally that, "轻声"). Used when a character is to be read without emphasis. The R in japanese is pronounced as something in between R and L, but closer to L. Easy enough to figure out if you say 'Lu', then 'Ru', remember where your tounge was for both and then put your tounge between those positions. And voila, you've got る.
It's a completely different story if it's about how japanese people pronounce those letters when speaking in english though, which may be where certain confusion is coming from.

Had a niggling thought from the start of this window that the club wont make the most out of the position its now in, fucking hope thats wrong but when you see a player of Sanchez's calibre available for the prices quoted and us seemingly doing fuck all about it you cant help but wonder and feel a little peeved.

Surely he would be one we all agree on? no fighting and calling each other wankers just all pleasantly in agreement with each other.

If he has his heart set on going back to Italy then fair enough, hope we would at least try and sell the club to him though, show him we really want him, nothing to lose trying to persuade him.

Sure i read he was on 80/90k per week there, might be mixed up on that one though, not sure.
