I really like that. Although in an ideal world a 'fit' Agger for Soto as Carra/Soto is far too immobile for my liking.. However that seems highly unlikely..

Johnson Raul Gerrard Cole across the midfield though looks mouth watering if they all play at their top level.. Definite pace/drive/ability to unlock teams yet still defensively able to put a tackle in..

Why not play with 3 strikers in some games? For one thing, I quite like N'Gog's contribution this season, every time he comes on he holds up the ball excellently and looks dangerous. Scored a few times this season too.

Agree. I think it would be worth a try, and I think the players would enjoy playing that way too.

errr don't necessarily agree, why does Soto have to make way for agger in this theory? Why not Carra? Kyriakos has been the in-form defender over the past few weeks, perhaps not coincidently when we have turned things around a bit.
Incidentally I think Kyriakos displayed some good pace at times against Napoli

I agree it would be worth a try in home matches at least. I'd swap Gerrard and Meireles for balance and also think this formation might get the best out of Cole(in place of N'Gog).
